These terms apply when you use this website, request a free website preview, buy a Google review card, or hire Stocampo Marketing ("Stocampo", "we", "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to them.

Free website previews

A free preview is a sample homepage design we make for your business at no cost and with no obligation. You are not required to buy anything. The preview, its design and its code belong to Stocampo until you buy the website. You may not copy, publish or reuse a preview without a paid agreement. Any work beyond the free preview is covered by a separate written agreement with its own price and terms.

Google review cards

• Price. $40 for one card or $60 for two, plus shipping when shipped. Prices may change, and the price at checkout is the price you pay.
• Delivery. We ship within the United States. Hand delivery in the Hudson Valley, New York, is free. Delivery times are estimates.
• Programming. We program each card with the Google review link for the business you give us at checkout. You are responsible for giving us the correct business name and address.
• Free replacement. If your card stops working, contact us and we will send a new one programmed with the same link, at no cost.
• Returns. Cards are programmed for your business, so they are not returnable once programmed. If your card arrives damaged or does not work, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you.
• Phones. The card works with phones that support NFC. Some phones need NFC turned on. Every card also works for the customer by opening your review page in their browser.

Using review cards the right way

The card opens your Google review page. It does not post reviews. Your customers write their own reviews. You agree not to offer rewards for reviews, not to ask only happy customers, and to follow Google's review policies. Stocampo is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google is a trademark of Google LLC.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, we may text you about your preview, your order and related follow up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.

Results

Results shown on this site are real results from past clients. Every business is different, and we do not promise any specific number of calls, reviews, leads, rankings or sales.

Our website content

The text, designs, images, videos and code on this site belong to Stocampo or to our clients, and are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Client websites shown on our work page belong to those clients.

Limits on liability

The site and free previews are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Stocampo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about a review card is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
