Does my customer need an app?

No. Phones with NFC open your review page when they touch the card.

Which phones work?

iPhone and Android phones with NFC. On some Android phones NFC has to be switched on in settings.

Do I have to set anything up?

No. Give us your business name and address at checkout. We find your Google listing and program the card before it reaches you.

Does the card post reviews for my customers?

No. It opens your Google review page. Your customer picks the stars and writes the review.

Is it allowed by Google?

Yes. Asking customers for a review is allowed. The card just makes it faster. Do not offer rewards for reviews or ask only happy customers.

What if it breaks?

We mail you a new one for free.
