Stocampo Marketing ("Stocampo", "we", "us") is a marketing business run by Stephen Ocampo in New York. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill out the free website preview form, order a review card, call, text or email us, we collect what you send: your name, business name, business address, phone number, email, your current website, and your answers about your business.
• Order information. When you buy a review card, payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive your order details, but we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data. Like most websites, our host and tools may log your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit, and may use cookies to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To build your free website preview and talk with you about it.
• To process, program and deliver review card orders, and to handle replacements.
• To answer your calls, texts and emails, and to follow up on your request.
• To keep our records, prevent fraud and improve our website.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you check the box to receive texts, we may text you about your free preview, your order and related follow up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help. Texting consent is never required to get a preview or buy a card.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or your text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. Phone numbers and consent are used only to communicate with you about your request.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website and customer management platform, our payment processor and shipping carriers. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are working with you and for as long as we reasonably need it for records, taxes and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

How we protect it

Our site is served over a secure HTTPS connection. Payments go through a PCI compliant processor. Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
• Stop texts by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Links to other sites

Our work page links to client websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
